No worries, return it to us within 14 days from receiving your order.

  • Item(s) must be in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and labels attached.
  • Inspection will be carried out to ensure all item(s) are in their original condition before processing your return. It will usually take 3 to 7 working days to process your request before we could ship out the replacement / exchanged item(s) to you.
  • Return is available only for ready-made stock such as ready stock contact lenses, contact lens case, or other accessories. Custom made such as prescription glasses, customized contact lens or other customized products. 
  • Return is only applicable for item(s) purchased online and delivered in Malaysia. 
  • Return that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. 
  • The shipping charges of your original order are non-refundable.
  • Returns Note: Do not return your product(s) without first contacting our customer service team. We will provide you with a specific returns address. (Returns should not be sent to the shipping address listed on the parcel)
  • Contact Lenses Note: In the event that you receive defective contact lenses, please do not throw them away. Many manufacturers require the original defective lenses for a full return. If the lenses manufacturer agrees that the lenses are indeed defective, then we are able to issue a full refund.
